Palma Rosa Oil

Not only do essential oils provide some of the most amazing (and affordable) aromatherapy benefits, if you apply these types of oils directly to your body (it’s usually best to dilute them with some sweet almond, avocado or coconut oil first), they can help to relieve pain, reduce PMS symptoms, decrease bodily inflammation, strengthen your immune system, boost your libido and even help you to sleep better.
